The National Association of College and University Attorneys (NACUA) will present a webinar Jan. 21 to discuss the mental health concerns affecting college students as well as some of the modalities that campuses are using to address student mental health during the pandemic.
Kevin Kruger, president and CEO of NASPA, will be joined by two NACUA member attorneys to discuss expanding mental health services on campus; state licensure issues; insurance, liability, and risk mitigation; leaves of absence and other tools for responding to students who present a risk of self-harm; and tort liability.
