NACUA Webinar to Shed Light on 403(b) Retirement Plan Litigation
In light of recent litigation involving 403(b) retirement plans offered at higher education institutions, the National Association of College and University Attorneys (NACUA) will present a webinar April 12 from noon-1 p.m. on “Higher Education Retirement Plans: Update on Litigation and Risk Mitigation Considerations.”
The webinar will cover the status of current legislation and identify key considerations in mitigating risks posed by retirement plan offerings at public and private institutions.
The webinar will be of particular interest to general counsel, other attorneys who advise and litigate on behalf of college and universities, administrators involved in the selection or governance of retirement plans, and fiduciaries of such plans.
