ACT’s Center for Equity in Learning recently released a report on working learners. The report, Who Does Work Work For? Understanding Equity in Learner College and Career Success, explores the profile of students who work while enrolled in college. Using data from the 2004/09 Beginning Postsecondary Students Longitudinal Study, the report gives an overview of who works, for how long they work, and how working shapes academic achievement and progress.
