WEDNESDAY BUZZ: Schuette v. Coalition to Defend Affirmative Action at the Supreme Court

The U.S. Supreme Court yesterday heard oral arguments in Schuette v. Coalition to Defend Affirmative Action, the second of two cases this year dealing with the consideration of race and ethnicity in college admissions decisions. (Fisher v. the University of Texas at Austin was the first—more on that decision here.)
